**Job Summary**
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Team Members to join our fast-paced environment. As a Team Member, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service while ensuring the smooth operation of our food service establishment. You will be responsible for food preparation, cashiering, and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and sanitation. Your ability to work collaboratively with the team will contribute to a positive dining experience for our customers.

**Responsibilities**
- Prepare food items according to established recipes and standards, ensuring quality and freshness.
- Operate POS systems, including Aloha POS and Micros POS, to process customer transactions accurately.
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting guests, taking orders, and addressing any inquiries or concerns.
- Engage in upselling techniques to enhance the customer experience and increase sales.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen and dining areas, adhering to food safety and sanitation guidelines.
- Handle cash transactions responsibly, ensuring accuracy in cash handling practices.
- Assist with bussing tables and maintaining a clean dining environment for guests.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient service during peak hours.
- Follow all food handling procedures to ensure compliance with health regulations.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in the food industry or quick service & fast food restaurant is preferred.
- Culinary experience is a plus, along with knowledge of food safety practices.
- Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor and positive attitude.
- Basic math skills for cash handling and retail math calculations.
- Familiarity with food preparation techniques and kitchen equipment is beneficial.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $17.20 per hour
