**Overview of Line Cook & Back of House Staff**:

- Aroma line cooks prepare dishes from our Mediterranean-inspired menu.
- You will be responsible for preparing fresh food dishes specifically according to aroma recipe and quality standards while maintaining keen attention to food safety and cleanliness.
- You will be responsible for preparation and production from the following stations: salad line, sandwich line, flat grill, and hot soup stations, etc.

**Qualifications**:

- _Preferred: _Experience working in a kitchen with a general understanding of cooking fundamentals and practices
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work respectfully and efficiently with others team members.
- Strong time management and organizational skills with the ability to multitask when required.
- Keen attention to detail and presentation
- A positive attitude
- Availability to work flexible hours, including early opening and late closing of the cafe, weekends and holidays as business requires.
- Ability to work in a standing position for extended periods of time.
- Must be able to lift to 50lbs.
- Work permit required.
