About the Role
We are seeking a friendly and reliable Customer Service Assistant to join our team. As the first point of contact for customers, you will provide exceptional service, handle payments, and support basic account management tasks.
This position is entry-level but requires strong customer service skills and comfort working with payment systems. You will primarily focus on frontline customer interaction, though you may occasionally provide administrative support to the broader operations team.
Key Responsibilities
Greet and assist customers in a professional and welcoming manner.
Answer inbound calls and direct inquiries to the appropriate team members.
Process POS payments and handle billing or payment-related questions.
Communicate invoices and provide basic account support to customers.
Enter and update customer information in account management software.
Assist with general office tasks such as filing, scanning, and handling mail.
Provide occasional support to the Administrative Coordinator and Operations team.
Qualifications
Languages: Fluent in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese (required).
Strong customer service experience (1+ years preferred, retail, office, or hospitality environment).
Comfortable handling POS payments and communicating with customers about invoices.
Familiarity with account management or CRM tools (training will be provided).
Professional, polite, and dependable with strong communication skills.
Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a busy environment.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.60 per hour
