Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and personable Customer Service Representative to join our team. This role involves engaging with customers to provide exceptional service, resolving inquiries, and supporting sales efforts.

Its a Shell Gas Station.

Duties

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via in person
  • Assist customers with product or service information, troubleshooting, and issue resolution
  • Support sales initiatives through upselling and cross-selling products or services
  • Utilize analysis skills to identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
  • Maintain excellent communication skills to ensure positive customer interactions
  • Collaborate with team members to improve service processes and customer experience
  • Document customer interactions thoroughly for future reference and quality assurance

Experience

  • Previous experience in customer service and Gas Station
  • Proficiency in English required
  • Knowledge of analysis techniques to assess customer needs and behaviors
  • Sales experience, including upselling techniques, is a plus
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $17.60 per hour
