Location: Remote (Canada) | Department: Marketing | Report to: VP, Marketing

NiceJob, a Paystone company, is the reputation marketing platform trusted by thousands of home service, retail, and professional brands across North America. Our mission? To help businesses become the top-rated choice in their market by making it effortless to collect more reviews, showcase their best work, and win more customers.

As part of Paystone's ecosystem, NiceJob is a key growth engine, connecting reputation marketing with loyalty, gift card, and payment solutions to help businesses thrive.

The Opportunity

We're looking for a strategic, data-driven Product Marketing Manager who thrives at the intersection of product, brand, and growth. In this role, you'll own NiceJob's go-to-market strategy, shape its positioning, and partner with Product, Sales, and Marketing to win in the marketplace.

You'll also focus on customer expansion—building and executing strategies that move clients up the value ladder through upsells, cross-sells, and adoption of complementary Paystone products. If you're passionate about turning customer insights into measurable growth, this role is for you.

Responsibilities

Positioning & Messaging

Develop compelling, differentiated messaging that resonates with target segments.
Monitor market trends and competitors to ensure positioning stays sharp.

Go-to-Market & Expansion Strategy

Lead GTM planning for new NiceJob features and integrations.
Design and execute upsell and cross-sell campaigns across Paystone's product lines.
Partner with Customer Success to create expansion playbooks and in-app upgrade journeys.

Customer Understanding & Segmentation

Conduct research on customer segments, lifecycle stages, and industry verticals.
Build personas and map value propositions to their unique needs.
Identify adoption triggers and usage patterns that drive expansion opportunities.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

Align Product roadmap priorities with market insights.
Collaborate with Marketing to launch targeted campaigns that boost adoption, retention, and revenue growth.
Support Sales and CS with enablement tools, competitive insights, and deal support.

Measure & Optimize

Define and track KPIs for adoption, retention, and upsell conversion.
Continuously test and refine messaging, offers, and campaigns for impact.

What You'll Bring

4–6 years of B2B SaaS product marketing experience (martech, SMB, or marketplace preferred).
Proven track record of launching products and driving expansion revenue through upsells/cross-sells.
Strong communication and storytelling skills—able to translate technical features into customer value.
Experience collaborating with Product, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success.
Data-driven mindset with a history of using analytics, research, and customer insights to guide decisions.
Familiarity with marketing and product tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Productboard, or similar).
