Job Summary:

  • Regularly notify customers of overdue accounts
  • Assist customers with account reconciliation and invoice dispute resolution
  • Resolve collection issues by making payment arrangements with customers, reconcile payments to customer's accounts.
  • Analysis and resolution of disputes and issues
  • Manage Accounts Receivable collection risk through credit policies.
  • Work closely with the Sales team and Branch Managers to build and maintain positive customer relationships
  • Prepare reports and maintain accurate records and files related to collections

Other requirements for this role:

  • 2-3 years of credit or accounts receivable work experience
  • Construction industry experience preferred
  • CCP designation or enrollment in CCP program is a strong asset
  • Strong proficiency with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask in a dynamic environment
  • Highly adaptable and resourceful with strong critical thinking skills
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Self-starter with the ability to work effectively autonomously

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $48,000.00-$54,000.00 per year
