JOB RESPONSIBILITIESManage Accounts Receivable collection risk through credit policies. ​Reduce Daily Sales Outstanding (DSO), Overdue (OVD), and Bad Debt. ​Reconcile payments to customer's accounts.​Maintain sound credit policy keeping credit losses and slow collection of receivables to a minimum.​Responsible for setting new customer credit terms. ​Analysis and resolution of disputes and issues which cause orders and/or accounts to be locked.​Unlock or lock accounts and orders as required.​Ensure accuracy in reasons and value for credits issued.​Communicate with customers and distributors to collect on outstanding invoices, coordinate with external collections if required.​Process and review orders, ensuring criteria met for order releasing.JOB QUALIFICATIONS:Bilingual in French & English​2-3 years' business experience in A/R and Credit Collection​2-3 years' business experience in AccountingWHY LABATT:As one of Canada’s Top 100 Employers, Labatt is a place where our people can bring out the best in themselves through a collective purpose of creating A FutureWithMore Cheers.
