ROLE SUMMARY Manage the recording and collection of accounts receivable in Quebec and Craft Direct Delivery in Ontario and BC. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Manage Accounts Receivable collection risk through credit policies. Reduce Daily Sales Outstanding (DSO) Overdue (OVD) and Bad Debt. Reconcile payments to customers' accounts. Maintain sound credit policy, keeping credit losses and slow collection of receivables to a minimum. Set new customer credit terms. Analyze and resolve disputes and issues that cause orders and/or accounts to be locked. Unlock or lock accounts and orders as required. Ensure accuracy in reasons and value for credits issued. Communicate with customers and distributors to collect on outstanding invoices and coordinate with external collections if required. Process and review orders, ensuring criteria are met for order releasing. JOB QUALIFICATIONS Bilingual in French & English. 2‑3 years business experience in A/R and Credit Collection. 2‑3 years business experience in Accounting.
