RevTalent is recruiting on behalf of the Fredericton branch of A.L.P.A. Equipment for their new Branch and Operations Manager.
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Branch Manager to lead our team in overseeing operations. This pivotal role involves driving sales growth, managing teams, and ensuring exceptional client service to support our mission of fostering sustainable business expansion.
Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate the branch team to achieve sales targets and deliver outstanding customer service.
- Act as Customer Service liaisons, HR professional, and litigation overseer for your crew and clients
- Handle clients' needs, dealing with technicians, to executives to deliver the most efficient, expedient, and highest quality service
- Utilize organizational skills and team know-how to identify deficiencies to maximize team productivity and client satisfaction
- Grow the existing line of business through outreach, connection building, and executive prospecting skills
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations tailored to client needs.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals effectively.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to exceed company targets.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities using CRM tools like Salesforce.
- Stay informed about industry trends and the competitive landscape.
- Be a passionate, self-directed team player
Qualifications
- Proven experience in B2B sales or large machinery sales.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to build rapport with clients and team members.
- Proficiency in English
- Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms.
- Knowledge of the construction sector and machine mechanics
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- A hunter mindset
- Comfortable with 60+ hour work weeks
- Drivers license
- An adaptable, people person with strong organizational skills
- Patient, calm under pressure, level-headed, client-focused, but result-driven
Job Type: Full-time
