The Server Assistant plays a crucial role in supporting the front-of-house staff, ensuring that our guests receive exceptional service and a memorable dining experience. This position involves assisting with various tasks, including food preparation, bussing tables, and maintaining cleanliness throughout the restaurant.

Responsibilities

  • Assist servers in delivering food and beverages to guests promptly and accurately.
  • Buss tables efficiently, clearing dishes and resetting tables for new guests.
  • Maintain cleanliness in the dining area, including sweeping and mopping floors as necessary.
  • Communicate effectively with servers, hosts, and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service.
  • Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries and ensuring their satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with team members to create a positive dining atmosphere for all guests.

Skills

  • Previous experience in food service or restaurant settings is mandatory.
  • Knowledge of food handling and safety regulations is essential.
  • Strong communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members.
  • Physical stamina to stand, walk, and carry trays for extended periods.

Nous recherchons un(e) Assistant(e) Serveur(se) dévoué(e) et enthousiaste pour rejoindre notre équipe dynamique dans un environnement de restaurant au rythme soutenu. L'Assistant(e) Serveur(se) joue un rôle crucial en soutenant le personnel en salle, en veillant à ce que nos clients bénéficient d'un service exceptionnel et d'une expérience culinaire mémorable. Ce poste implique d'aider à diverses tâches, notamment la préparation des plats, le nettoyage des tables et le maintien de la propreté dans tout le restaurant.

Responsabilités :

  • Assister les serveurs dans la livraison rapide et précise des plats et boissons aux clients.
  • Débarrasser les tables efficacement, nettoyer et préparer les tables pour les nouveaux clients.
  • Maintenir la propreté de la salle à manger, y compris le balayage et le nettoyage des sols si nécessaire.
  • Communiquer efficacement avec les serveurs, hôtes et le personnel de cuisine pour assurer un service fluide.
  • Fournir un excellent service à la clientèle en répondant aux questions des clients et en veillant à leur satisfaction.
  • Collaborer avec les membres de l'équipe pour créer une atmosphère conviviale et agréable pour tous les clients.

Compétences :

  • Expérience préalable dans le service alimentaire ou en restauration obligatoire.
  • Connaissance des règles d'hygiène et de sécurité alimentaire essentielle.
  • Excellentes compétences en communication pour interagir efficacement avec les clients et les membres de l'équipe.
  • Endurance physique pour rester debout, marcher et porter des plateaux pendant de longues périodes.
  • Capacité à travailler efficacement sous pression tout en restant attentif aux détails.
  • Attitude amicale et engagement à fournir un service client exceptionnel dans un environnement axé sur l'hospitalité.
