Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server and busboy to join our greek style sea food restaurant team in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for hospitality and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in creating memorable dining experiences for our guests by delivering high-quality food and beverage service.

Duties

  • Greet and welcome guests as they arrive, ensuring a friendly and inviting atmosphere.
  • Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring all guest preferences are noted.
  • Provide detailed information about menu items, including ingredients and preparation methods, to assist guests in their selections.
  • Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining attention to detail in presentation.
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and delivery.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including tables, utensils, and condiments.

Experience

  • Previous experience in food service or the restaurant industry is required (2-4) years.
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact positively with guests in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks during busy service periods.
  • Must be Bilingual (French and English)
