Job Overview

The Implementation Specialist is responsible for onboarding and training new customers in Canada on the use of OkRx applications. This role is also responsible for engaging existing customers to ensure ongoing customer success.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Conduct (on site and remote) onboarding and training sessions for new customers
  • Provide product expertise to customers to answer questions about OkRx applications
  • Proactively follow up with customers to ensure ongoing success with OkRx applications
  • Collaborate with team members to ideate on solutions to address customer feedback
  • Participate in project and team meetings interacting and collaborating with team members as required

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in a software/technical consulting, patient support program or training role
  • Must be comfortable with emerging technologies, learning new software, and industries
  • Previous industry experience in patient support programs, specialty medications, or group benefit insurance is essential
  • Previous industry experience with software, tech or other training experience is considered an asset
  • Strong leadership skills and diplomatic when interacting with customers
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong client relationship skills; demonstrated ability to interact effectively with a diverse group of clients and colleagues
  • Ability to multi-task and manage several projects concurrently
  • Proactive approach to daily tasks and able to work independently
  • Proficiency using MS Office Products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Projects and Outlook)
  • French is considered an asset

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00-$100,000.00 per year
