You will work closely with Practice Consultants, Implementation teams, and internal stakeholders to ensure client forms are accurate, user-friendly, and aligned with both business and clinical workflows.Scope of Duties:Build, configure, and maintain custom digital forms using Forms.io for private medical practice clientsTranslate client, clinical, and operational requirements into structured, intuitive form layoutsConfigure form fields including text inputs, radio buttons, checkboxes, dropdowns, conditional logic, and required validationsEnsure data integrity, accuracy, and consistency across all form submissionsPerform QA testing and validation of forms prior to client launch, identifying edge cases and resolving issuesCollaborate with Practice Consultants and Implementation teams to meet project timelines and deliverablesSupport updates and revisions to existing client forms as workflows evolveAssist with troubleshooting form-related issues for new and existing clientsStay current on new features, enhancements, and best practices within Forms.io and the BoomerangFX platformWhat You Offer:Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field is required.1+ years of experience working with form builders, data entry systems, or digital configuration toolsStrong understanding of form structure, logic, validations, and usability best practicesHigh attention to detail with a strong focus on data accuracy and quality controlFamiliarity with HTML and CSS for light form customization and troubleshootingWorking knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including basic formulas, data entry, formatting, sorting, filtering, and data validationStrong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across teamsAbility to manage multiple form builds and revisions simultaneously in a fast-paced environmentA positive, self-starter mindset with a strong sense of ownership and accountabilityDemonstrated ability to build trust and work effectively with internal stakeholdersBonus: Familiarity with Python, automation tools, APIs, or machine learning concepts is considered an assetIf you are looking to join a dynamic tech company that values precision, collaboration, and growth, BoomerangFX is the place for you.
