Product Implementation Specialist (New Product)
- We’re looking for like-minded individuals to join our team.
- This is a Full-time, Salaried position.

**About the Product Implementation Specialist (New Product)**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Review specifications requirements, and technical design documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback
- Defining the most appropriate test methodology, testing means, standards and developing the test operating mode in accordance with the cost, time and pass-fail criterion
- Estimate, plan, prioritize, and coordinate testing activities
- Communicate with internal teams to identify system requirements
- Investigate the causes of non-conformances and train users to implement solutions
- Motivate the development process for performance & efficiency
- Work with other departments to finalize the product implementation
- Create the manual and other documentation for both external and internal stakeholder
- Maintain the functionality of the new product
- Work alongside technical and quality teams to develop, improve & enhance programs
- Research and compare similar competitor products
- Analyze data and provide solutions/recommendations for product and process improvements
- Assist suppliers in developing and implementing testing/inspection to improve quality of the product
- Work with the Continuous Improvement team and other key stakeholders on Improvement activities
- Support manufacturing operations for testing, defining pass/fail criteria
- Able to lift up to 15lbs; may work in hot areas 0%, noise 0%.
- Ensure adherence to Health and Safety as well as active participation in 5S activities in work area.

**Attributes, Skills and Knowledge**:

- A Degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering is required
- At least 2 years’ experience in electrical and electronic product testing and new product implementation
- Experience in quality assurance is an asset
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Some project management experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of electronic and electrical engineering
- Experience in writing clear, concise and comprehensive test plans and test cases
- Strong computer skills and Microsoft Suite proficiency
- Time management, ability to prioritize effectively and attention to details
- Excellent written and verbal communication with demonstrated follow-up

**This position works out of our Mississauga, Ontario location. Hours are typically 8:30 am to 5:00 pm with flexibility.**
