Your Role in a Nutshell The Forms Implementation Specialist will play a critical role in supporting client onboarding and configuration by building, configuring, and quality-assuring digital forms using Forms.io . You will work closely with Practice Consultants, Implementation teams, and internal stakeholders to ensure client forms are accurate, user-friendly, and aligned with both business and clinical workflows. Scope of Duties: Build, configure, and maintain custom digital forms using Forms.io for private medical practice clients Translate client, clinical, and operational requirements into structured, intuitive form layouts Configure form fields including text inputs, radio buttons, checkboxes, dropdowns, conditional logic, and required validations Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and consistency across all form submissions Perform QA testing and validation of forms prior to client launch, identifying edge cases and resolving issues Collaborate with Practice Consultants and Implementation teams to meet project timelines and deliverables Support updates and revisions to existing client forms as workflows evolve Assist with troubleshooting form-related issues for new and existing clients Stay current on new features, enhancements, and best practices within Forms.io and the BoomerangFX platform What You Offer: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field is required. 1+ years of experience working with form builders, data entry systems, or digital configuration tools Strong understanding of form structure, logic, validations, and usability best practices High attention to detail with a strong focus on data accuracy and quality control Familiarity with HTML and CSS for light form customization and troubleshooting Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel , including basic formulas, data entry, formatting, sorting, filtering, and data validation Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams Ability to manage multiple form builds and revisions simultaneously in a fast-paced environment A positive, self-starter mindset with a strong sense of ownership and accountability Demonstrated ability to build trust and work effectively with internal stakeholders Bonus: Familiarity with Python, automation tools, APIs, or machine learning concepts is considered an asset If you are looking to join a dynamic tech company that values precision, collaboration, and growth, BoomerangFX is the place for you.
