Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for General Managers and Chefs located in Vancouver, BC. General Managers will oversee daily operations, manage staff, ensure excellent service delivery, and drive business growth. Chefs will manage kitchen operations, design innovative menus, uphold food quality, and maintain compliance with health and safety standards. Collaboration between both roles is critical to creating an exceptional dining and team experience.

Qualifications

  • Leadership and management skills, including team building, staff training, and conflict resolution
  • Experience in kitchen operations such as menu development, inventory management, and food safety compliance
  • Customer service orientation and the ability to ensure quality and satisfaction
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to oversee daily operations in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in budgeting, cost control, and revenue management
  • Culinary or hospitality management certifications are an asset
  • Proven experience in similar roles is preferable
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to foster collaboration and maintain a positive work environment
