This is a highly cross-functional role. You'll collaborate with Product, Operations, Marketing, Sales, Finance, and Customer Success to ensure every partnership aligns with company goals. You're self-motivated, results-driven, and thrive in a fast-paced environment where creativity and strategy meet execution.
The day-to-day
- Develop, grow, and manage strategic referral and product partnerships that drive incremental revenue and market share.
- Act as the primary contact for collaboration across Marketing, Product, Sales, Finance, and Customer Success.
- Lead joint initiatives with partners, including go-to-market planning, co-marketing, and enablement activities.
- Track and analyze partner performance, SLA compliance, and opportunities for growth.
- Report on leads and revenue generated through assigned partners and identify opportunities to scale.
- Stay ahead of market and competitive trends to inform partnership strategy.
- Meet or exceed monthly and annual targets through effective forecasting and pipeline management.
- Build and execute comprehensive GTM strategies for individual partners.
About you
- 6+ years in relationship management or sales, with at least 4 years in partnerships (ideally in accounting, fintech, or HCM).
- Proven success in developing and managing strategic channel or referral partnerships.
- Experience with Salesforce CRM and partnership agreements.
- Solid collaboration and stakeholder management skills across multiple teams.
- Strategic thinker with a record of executing complex business initiatives.
- Organized, adaptable, and comfortable managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to travel up to 30%.
What Rise offers

- We offer stock options to all employees.
- We offer a remote work environment. On occasion, we may meet as a team or one-on-one in person.
- Rise believes that time off is just as important as time spent working. We offer 3 weeks of paid vacation, flexible personal wellness days, as well as one day off for your birthday and your work anniversary.
