Inside Sales Representative – The Surgical Room

The Surgical Room is a specialized branch of K-Dental, focused exclusively on advancing the field of surgical dentistry. We provide premium surgical instruments, regenerative materials, and digital solutions tailored to oral surgeons, periodontists, and implant specialists across Canada. Beyond products, The Surgical Room is committed to education and clinical support — offering hands-on training, in-office demonstrations, and expert consultation to help clinicians elevate their surgical outcomes. As part of the K-Dental family, we combine deep surgical expertise with the trusted infrastructure and service excellence that dental professionals have relied on for over 45 years.
We're looking for a motivated and customer-focused Inside Sales Representative to join our growing team at The Surgical Room. This office-based role focuses on driving sales through phone outreach, relationship building, and exceptional client support with customers across Canada.
Responsibilities:
- Drive sales of leading surgical and dental brands by making outbound phone calls and engaging with customers from our office
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships by identifying client needs, nurturing loyal accounts, and consistently achieving sales targets
- Proactively contact prospective and existing customers by phone and email to promote products, provide quotes, and follow up on inquiries
- Collaborate with the external sales team, marketing, and industry partners to support promotions, product launches, and regional initiatives
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, leads, and opportunities in the CRM system to ensure effective follow-up and reporting
- Perform additional sales support and administrative duties as required to contribute to overall business objectives
Qualifications:
- Experience in dental, surgical, or orthodontic product sales is preferred; inside sales or customer service experience in a related field is an asset
- Proven ability to apply effective sales techniques and strategies in a phone-based or office sales environment
- Strong record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and contributing to revenue growth.
- Skilled at managing the full sales cycle - from prospecting and relationship-building to closing and follow-up
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional and personable phone manner
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting
