Executive Assistant

We're hiring on behalf of our client for an experienced
Executive Assistant
to provide top-level administrative support to senior executives. The ideal candidate is proactive, highly organized, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

In this role, you'll be a trusted partner to the executive team — managing schedules, coordinating meetings, preparing materials, and handling communication on their behalf.

Responsibilities

  • Manage complex calendars and coordinate meetings for senior executives
  • Prepare executives for meetings, including materials, logistics, and briefing notes
  • Respond to emails and document requests on behalf of executives
  • Draft correspondence, presentations, and meeting summaries
  • Support special projects and assist with administrative coordination as needed

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Proven experience supporting senior leaders and managing multiple priorities
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment
