We are looking for a Lead Carpenter with following skills and qualifications:

  • Must have knowledge and experience in residential construction
  • Minimum of 5 yrs Carpentry experience
  • Knowledge or experience in framing and finish carpentry
  • Ability to lead on-site team through renovation process while being a hands on carpenter
  • Knowledge and experience in custom homes, additions and renovations
  • Ability to read, understand construction drawings, shop drawings, and specifications.
  • Ability to coordinate sub-trade scheduling
  • Participate in site meetings with architects and clients
  • Reporting any challenges or issues to the stakeholders in a timely manner.
  • Must have driver's license and own vehicle
  • Must be reliable and punctual
  • Own carpentry tools

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $40.00-$50.00 per hour
