Talent Acquisition Advisor
to join our growing team.

In this role, you'll go beyond posting jobs, you'll partner with leaders across Retail Operations and shape how we attract, engage, and retain top talent.

What you'll do

• Lead full-cycle recruitment: from intake to offer, across Retail Network.
• Act as a trusted partner to Hiring Managers guiding, advising, and influencing hiring decisions.
• Source creatively: using LinkedIn, Boolean searches, social media, industry events, schools, and community networks.
• Build pipelines of strong, diverse candidates for current and future needs.
• Track and analyze recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, sourcing mix, quality of hire) and suggest process improvements.
• Contribute to Talent Acquisition projects, including hiring and continuous improvement.

What makes you a match

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in HR, Business, or a related field (preferred).
• 1–3 years of recruitment experience (retail experience is a plus).
• Strong communicator who builds trust with leaders and candidates.
• Creative sourcer with experience in Boolean search and modern recruitment tools.
• Organized, adaptable, and resourceful. You thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable with ATS systems, MS Office, and recruitment platforms.
• Results-driven, collaborative, and passionate about creating great candidate experiences.
