Titre du poste: Commis à la saisie de données et suivi fournisseurs

Responsabilités

  • Saisir et mettre à jour les données dans le système, notamment les bons de commande (PO).
  • Vérifier et suivre les bons de commande pour garantir leur exactitude.
  • Communiquer avec les fournisseurs concernant les délais et effectuer les suivis en cas de retard.
  • Maintenir les dossiers et la documentation liés aux commandes et livraisons.
  • Collaborer avec les équipes internes pour résoudre les écarts ou besoins urgents.

Compétences Essentielles

  • Grande attention aux détails et précision dans la saisie de données.
  • Excellentes compétences organisationnelles et en gestion du temps.
  • Bonnes aptitudes en communication pour les suivis fournisseurs (français et anglais souhaités).
  • Maîtrise de base des outils informatiques (expérience avec un système ERP est un atout).

Job Title: Data Entry & Supplier Follow-Up Clerk

Responsibilities

  • Enter and update data in the company system, focusing on purchase orders (POs).
  • Monitor and track purchase orders to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Communicate with suppliers regarding delivery timelines and follow up on delays or issues.
  • Maintain records and documentation related to orders and deliveries.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve discrepancies or urgent supply needs.

Essential Skills

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Good communication skills for supplier follow-ups (French and English preferred).
  • Basic computer proficiency (experience with ERP systems is an asset).
