Do you have experience in curtain wall, aluminum windows/doors and or construction industry?

Responsibilities

· Review bids, make up with respect to RFQ's, RFI's and assemble accurate estimates for clients in construction management and design build.

· Prepare and submit bids based on requirements.

· Risk assessment of each Project before quoting.

· Plan and initiate Project kick off and estimating turnover meetings with project team.

· Track projects from start to completion and avoid bottlenecks on the Project.

· Tracking and hitting KPI targets efficiently.

· Establishing strong relationships with suppliers and sub trades.

· Work closely with Sales, assist in pricing and technical queries.

Skills and Requirements

· Background in construction or architectural technology.

· Minimum 3 - 5 years experience in industrial construction; commercial construction; renovation; interior and space planning

· Strong verbal and written communication skills

· Ability to correspond with clients and vendors in a courteous, clear, and concise manner.

· Ability to multi-task and prioritize projects based on deadlines and other requirements.

· Must have good attention to detail and be able to meet tight deadlines.

· Result-oriented and matured personality

· Ability to lead and motivate others

· Competent user of Microsoft Office programs and Project Management software

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Salary: $45,000-$60,000 per year

Experience:

· Construction Industry: at least 3 years (Required)
