The Opportunity

As our Procurement Coordinator, you are the operational expert responsible for managing the entire Purchase Order (PO) lifecycle, from contract oversight to processing and accounts payable resolution. This critical role demands meticulous attention to inventory management for all non-commercial items and store supplies, ensuring optimal stock levels to prevent stockouts. You will be the primary internal and external liaison for procurement, driving efficient execution across all teams. 

Your Daily Adventures

  • Manage the preparation and processing of all purchase orders (PO), oversee purchasing contract documentation, and follow up on open POs to guarantee timely deliveries.
  • Collaborate closely with external suppliers to manage order confirmations, deliveries, and service agreements.
  • Lead the end-to-end management of non-commercial items (including SKU creation), manage inventory levels of store supplies, and assist with optimizing stock levels based on consumption trends.
  • Resolve billing discrepancies by collaborating with Accounts Payable and ensure all procurement activities comply with company policies.
  • Support the improvement of purchasing and inventory tracking processes, and maintain accurate procurement records in the system.

Your Toolkit

  • College degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Business Administration (or a related field).
  • Minimum of two (2) years of experience in a related role; previous experience in retail is a strong asset.
  • Expertise in the Procurement Cycle (Procure-to-Pay) and the ability to analyze consumption to determine replenishment needs.
  • Proficiency with ERP systems (Netsuite, Momentis an asset) and Google Suite.
  • Fluent bilingualism (French, English), with excellent relational/communication skills, rigor, and attention to detail.
