Working in our Leamington, ON production facility, you'll join a dynamic team who's passionate about making a difference in modern agriculture. You'll follow daily protocols required for maintenance of colonies, packing orders, and supporting team members.

This position is required to work 7 a.m. to 4 p.m., Monday to Friday with the occasional Saturday.

What you'll do

  • Feeding and maintenance of colonies (insects or bees)
  • Packing orders
  • Prep materials for packing
  • Follow all protocols and SOP's (Standard Operating Procedures)
  • Complete all necessary forms, paperwork and documentation
  • Sanitation in production room
  • Operation of sachet machine

Who you are

  • Strong problem identification and problem resolution skill
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Highly flexible, with solid interpersonal skills that allow one to work effectively in a diverse working environment
  • Ability to perform repetitive tasks
  • Able to work independently and in a team
  • Must possess the ability to effectively manage time and carry out multiple tasks
  • Commitment to accuracy and strong attention to detail
  • Goal oriented
  • Highly organized
  • Ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Enjoys learning
  • Knowledge of Excel and other computer programs an asset

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $18.05-$21.00 per hour
