Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position for an Office Administrator based in Montreal, QC. The Office Administrator is responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of daily office activities. This role supports internal communication across departments, assists the finance team with administrative and accounts payable tasks, and helps maintain a well-organized, professional office environment.
Key Responsibilities
· Manage accounts payable processes, including receiving invoices, coordinating approvals, and processing payments
· Provide administrative support to the finance team as required
· Manage the reception area and serve as a point of contact for internal and external communications
· Coordinate office operations, including maintenance of facilities, equipment, and office supplies
· Support day-to-day administrative tasks to ensure efficient office workflow
· Perform other related administrative duties as required
Qualifications & Skills
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
· Strong written and verbal communication skills
· Ability to multitask, organize, and prioritize work effectively
· Versatile, proactive, and detail-oriented
· Strong sense of initiative and professionalism
· Fluently bilingual in French and English (spoken and written)
Education & Experience
· Diploma of Professional Studies (DPS) or equivalent in Administration, Commerce, or Accounting
· 2–3 years of relevant administrative or office support experience
