Role Overview

We are looking for a motivated
Operations Intern
(new graduate or final-year student) to join our team. This is a
learning-focused internship
, ideal for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in daily business operations within the food service industry. You'll work closely with our management team and gain exposure to real workflows, systems, and processes.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with daily operational tasks and workflow management
  • Support inventory tracking, supply chain coordination, and logistics
  • Help streamline processes to improve efficiency
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas
  • Assist with special projects as assigned

Requirements

  • Recent graduate or final-year student (Business, Operations, Supply Chain, or related field)
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Good communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to learn

Compensation & Benefits

  • $500/month internship stipend
  • Performance bonus opportunities
    (instead of profit sharing)
  • Hands-on experience in a growing food company

  • Potential for future employment based on performance

Schedule

  • 20–25 hours per week
    (flexible)
  • In-person at our Mississauga location
