Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and efficient Dishwasher to join our team. This role is essential in maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment, ensuring that all dishes, utensils, and kitchenware are properly sanitized and ready for use. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a passion for supporting smooth restaurant or hospitality operations. Previous experience in food service, restaurant, or hotel settings is a plus but not required. Duties
- Wash, sanitize, and dry dishes, utensils, pots, pans, and other kitchenware efficiently
- Maintain cleanliness of dishwashing stations and ensure proper storage of clean items
- Assist with food preparation tasks as needed, including handling food items safely
- Support kitchen staff by providing clean dishes promptly to facilitate smooth food service
- Follow all health and safety regulations related to food handling and sanitation
- Monitor inventory levels of cleaning supplies and notify management when supplies need replenishing
- Assist in maintaining overall cleanliness of the kitchen area to meet hygiene standards
- Support other team members during busy periods to ensure efficient kitchen operations
Skills
- Experience in cleaning and sanitation procedures within a restaurant or hospitality environment is preferred
- Knowledge of food handling safety standards and proper hygiene practices
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Basic understanding of kitchen operations, including food preparation and cooking support is advantageous
- Good organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong teamwork skills and willingness to assist colleagues as needed
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings or weekends if required

Pay: $17.70-$20.00 per hour
