Sungiven Foods Canada Inc. is a Specialty Boutique Neighbourhood Market with carefully selected private brand products.

We are currently looking for an Online Operations & Membership Specialist.

Job Duties & Responsibilities:

  1. Online Project Setup

  2. Responsible for mapping processes, coordinating system/platform integration, and supporting the initial operational setup for our online delivery project to ensure a smooth launch.

  3. Membership System Management

  4. Manage the full membership lifecycle, develop retention and activation strategies, and use data insights to improve repeat purchase rates and member satisfaction.

  5. Social Media & Content Operations

  6. Assist in planning and executing online branding content.

  7. Serve as one of the brand representatives for video shoots, livestreaming, and RedNote content creation to enhance brand visibility and engagement.

  8. Cross-Department Collaboration

  9. Work closely with Stores, Supply Chain, and Marketing teams to ensure consistency between online experience and offline service flow, and support overall experience improvement.

  10. Data & Operational Optimization

  11. Use Excel or other analytical tools to track key performance metrics (e.g., conversion, retention, campaign performance) and propose improvement solutions.

  12. Candidates with experience in local service platforms, fresh food e-commerce, or O2O operations will be able to support business expansion more effectively.

  13. Reporting

  14. Report to the Project Lead, providing regular project updates, communicating priorities, and ensuring tasks and timelines progress smoothly.

Skills and Qualifications:

  1. Language Skills

  2. Fluent in both English and Chinese with strong cross-cultural communication skills.

  3. Experience Background

  4. Experience in Tier-1 cities in China (Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou, Shenzhen) is an asset.

  5. Familiarity with the fast pace of internet or new-retail industries is preferred.

  6. Strong hands-on execution ability and problem-solving mindset.

  7. Market Awareness

  8. Understand basic traffic logic and user psychology behind social content.

  9. Familiar with RedNote and other major social media ecosystems.

  10. Personality & Appearance

  11. Friendly, presentable, and camera-confident.

  12. Outgoing personality, comfortable being on camera for video/photo content.
  13. Entrepreneurial mindset, proactive, and willing to take on challenges and build from 0 to 1.
