Currently, the firm is seeking a Director of Operations to lead core wealth management operations across processing, advisor support, fee administration, and estates/reporting. Reporting to senior leadership, the Director will manage a team of 20 professionals and serve as the firm’s primary liaison with custodial partners. Lead and manage all core operational functions, including processing, advisor support, estates/reporting, and fee administration.
Serve as the firm’s primary point of escalation for custodial matters and maintain day-to-day relationships with major custodians.
Implement and enhance policies, systems, and procedures to strengthen operational performance and client experience.
Partner with technology, finance, and front-office teams to align operations with firmwide strategy.
Drive automation initiatives and process improvements in collaboration with technology teams.
Establish KPIs, manage performance metrics, and foster a culture of accountability and professional development.
Ensure compliance with CIRO and ICPM regulatory requirements and stay abreast of industry best practices.

10+ years of progressive experience in financial services operations, including at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
~ Proven success managing operations within CIRO-regulated environments; ICPM experience an asset.
~ Deep familiarity with custodians such as National Bank, Aviso, and Raymond James.
~ Strong technology fluency (Power BI, advanced Excel) and exposure to wealth-tech platforms such as PureFees, D1G1T, Croesus, and Conquest.
~ Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or related discipline; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
~ Exceptional leadership, communication, and change-management capabilities, with a collaborative and client-focused mindset.
