Job Description
As an Entry-Level Inside Sales Representative, you'll connect with prospects who have already shown interest, listen to their needs, and guide them toward the right coverage options.
Your Responsibilities:
  • Speak with warm leads, people who already expressed interest in coverage.
  • Meet with clients to understand their financial protection goals and recommend suitable products.
  • Communicate complex product information in a clear, straightforward and professional way.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and product updates to provide informed recommendations.
  • Nurture long-term client relationships through consistent communication and service.
Essential Skills You Need:
  • A knack for building genuine connections with people.
  • Strong communication and active listening skills.
  • Drive to meet and exceed performance goals.
  • Willingness to learn about insurance products and industry regulations.
  • Previous sales or insurance experience is a plus, but not required..... We provide training.
  • Organization in managing leads and client records.
