Role Overview
We're seeking a
Senior Data Analyst (Marketing Analytics)
to join a high-impact analytics team. This role is ideal for a hands-on analyst who's passionate about storytelling with data, driving marketing strategy, and translating insights into measurable business outcomes.
You'll partner closely with the Product Marketing team to perform strategic analysis, measure campaign impact, and connect marketing initiatives to downstream product engagement and customer behavior.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform complex data analysis using both first-party and third-party datasets to uncover actionable business insights.
- Conduct deep-dive analyses to evaluate campaign performance, ROI, and channel effectiveness—explaining not just
what happened
, but
why
. - Build, maintain, and optimize dashboards and reports to track key marketing KPIs and performance trends.
- Design and analyze experiments (A/B tests) to measure business impact and validate hypotheses.
- Define, monitor, and report on key marketing metrics, performing deep dives to identify performance drivers.
- Translate complex data into clear, compelling narratives for non-technical stakeholders.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to refine strategies, set goals, and improve campaign execution.
Qualifications
- Degree in
Analytics, Statistics, Economics, Marketing
, or a related quantitative field (or equivalent work experience). - 5+ years of experience
in a marketing analytics or data-driven marketing role. - Strong SQL proficiency
— able to write optimized, efficient queries on large datasets. - Experience with A/B testing
design and analysis. - Familiarity with
Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM)
or
Attribution Modeling
is a plus. - Advanced
Excel/Google Sheets
skills for analysis and modeling. - Experience with
data visualization tools
such as
Tableau
,
Looker
, or similar. - Working knowledge of
Python
or
R
for statistical analysis is a strong advantage. - Exceptional analytical thinking with the ability to simplify complex data into actionable insights.
