Job Overview

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Childhood Teacher to join our educational team. Duties

  • Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that align with early childhood education standards.
  • Create a safe, inclusive, and engaging classroom environment that encourages exploration and learning.
  • Assess and monitor children's progress, providing feedback to parents and guardians on their development.
  • Foster positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues through effective communication.
  • Collaborate with special education staff to support children with diverse learning needs.
  • Maintain accurate records of student attendance, assessments, and individual progress.
  • Organize classroom activities that promote social skills, creativity, and critical thinking.
  • Participate in ongoing professional development to enhance teaching practices.

Skills

  • Proficiency in English
  • Strong background in childcare and early childhood 2 or 3
  • Experience working with children, including those with special needs.
  • Excellent communication skills for interacting effectively with students, parents, and staff.
  • Proficient computer skills for classroom management and lesson planning.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage classroom activities and maintain records efficiently.
  • Leadership abilities to guide students in their learning journey.
  • Effective time management skills to balance teaching responsibilities and administrative tasks.
  • Writing skills for preparing reports, lesson plans, and communicating with families.
