We're seeking a detail-oriented Administrator to fill a fixed term contract, on behalf of one of our clients, to provide essential administrative and clerical support across multiple departments in a fast-paced real estate environment. This role involves managing projects, preparing reports, handling confidential information, and supporting property managers and leadership teams. A Typical Day

  • Provide administrative support to property managers, accounting, leasing, and leadership teams
  • Prepare reports, correspondence, and maintain accurate filing systems
  • Assist with tenant notices, arrears collection, and property-related documentation
  • Coordinate projects, schedules, and critical deadlines for real estate transactions
  • Manage multiple calendars, meetings, and time-sensitive matters
  • Conduct Land Title and Corporate Registry searches
  • Review contracts and ensure compliance with policies and legislation
  • Serve as backup for reception and other administrative staff as needed

Successful Candidates Will Have

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in real estate, property management, accounting or other professional office
  • Strong administrative and organizational skills with proven multitasking ability
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe
  • Solid finance/accounting acumen for expense tracking and reconciliation
  • Excellent written communication and document processing skills
  • Ability to manage confidential information with discretion
  • Knowledge of real estate services software is an asset
  • Demonstrated ability to meet strict deadlines in a high-pressure environment
