About Us

MBK Academy is a Calgary-based organization dedicated to promoting physical health, mental well-being, and community growth through a wide range of sports and fitness programs. We are currently looking for male and female soccer instructors to lead youth sessions (under 18) across multiple locations in Calgary.

Position Details

  • Primary Location: St SE, Calgary, AB T2A 5K4

  • Schedule: Monday to Friday, between 1–4 hours per day

  • Compensation: $20–$25/hour

Responsibilities

  • Instruct and supervise school-aged children (under 18)

  • Create a positive, safe, and inclusive training environment

  • Collaborate with fellow instructors and program coordinators

  • Deliver lessons aligned with provided coaching standards and MBK Academy values

  • Support the development of soccer skills, teamwork, and confidence

Requirements

  • Previous coaching or instructor experience

  • Professionalism and ability to create programs

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Reliable, punctual, and responsible
