Description

  • Make sure payroll is processed accurately and on time, for two different locations, following all regulations.
  • Handle employee benefits, including enrolments, updates, and terminations promptly.
  • Keep payroll and benefits records accurate and confidential.
  • Respond to employee questions about payroll and benefits in a professional way.
  • Stay compliant with provincial and federal labour laws.
  • Prepare payroll and benefits reports for management when needed.

Profile

  • 4+ years hands-on payroll experience with ADP.
  • Strong knowledge of payroll and benefits regulations in Montreal and Ontario.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Effective communication skills to liaise with employees and internal teams.
