Overview

We are seeking a creative and results-driven Social Media Specialist (especially red note)to join our dynamic marketing team. Duties

  • Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and others to increase brand awareness and engagement.
  • Create compelling visual content using Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Creative Suite to support campaigns and promotions.
  • Manage social media scheduling tools like Hootsuite and Buffer to ensure consistent posting schedules.
  • Conduct keyword research and optimize content for SEO to improve organic reach and search engine rankings.
  • Monitor social media trends and analyze performance metrics using Google Analytics to refine strategies and report on campaign effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop digital marketing campaigns that align with overall business goals.
  • Engage with followers by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries promptly while maintaining a professional brand voice.
  • Oversee Facebook Advertising campaigns to target specific audiences effectively.
  • Proofread all content for accuracy, clarity, and brand consistency before publishing.
  • Stay updated on industry best practices in digital marketing, e-commerce integration, and platform algorithm changes.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in social media management within a digital marketing or e-commerce environment.
  • Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.
  • Strong understanding of SEO principles, keyword research, and content optimization techniques.
  • Experience with social media management tools like Hootsuite and Buffer (application).
  • Knowledge of Facebook Advertising platform for creating targeted ad campaigns.
  • Familiarity with Google Analytics for tracking performance metrics and insights.
  • Excellent proofreading skills with attention to detail in all written content.
  • Ability to develop engaging content tailored for various platforms while maintaining brand consistency.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret data and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative ideas for campaigns that resonate with target audiences. Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.20-$30.00 per hour
