Receptionist – Lockyer Zaduk Zeeh
Location: Toronto, Ontario
Position Type: Full-time, In-Office
Salary: $50,000 - $65,000 per year (depending on experience)
Lockyer Zaduk Zeeh is a busy and well-established law firm seeking a professional, reliable, and personable Receptionist to join our team. This role is the first point of contact for clients and plays a key part in maintaining a welcoming and efficient office environment.
Responsibilities:
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls in a courteous and professional manner
- Greet clients and visitors and manage front-desk reception
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars as required
- Receive, sort, and distribute mail, courier deliveries, and faxes
- Attend at the bank to make deposits and complete basic banking tasks as required
- Maintain reception and common areas in a professional manner
- Assist legal assistants and lawyers with administrative tasks as needed
- Handle confidential information with discretion
Qualifications:
- Prior receptionist or administrative experience (law firm experience an asset)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Professional appearance and demeanor
