Receptionist – Lockyer Zaduk Zeeh

Location: Toronto, Ontario

Position Type: Full-time, In-Office

Salary: $50,000 - $65,000 per year (depending on experience)

Lockyer Zaduk Zeeh is a busy and well-established law firm seeking a professional, reliable, and personable Receptionist to join our team. This role is the first point of contact for clients and plays a key part in maintaining a welcoming and efficient office environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls in a courteous and professional manner
  • Greet clients and visitors and manage front-desk reception
  • Schedule appointments and manage calendars as required
  • Receive, sort, and distribute mail, courier deliveries, and faxes
  • Attend at the bank to make deposits and complete basic banking tasks as required
  • Maintain reception and common areas in a professional manner
  • Assist legal assistants and lawyers with administrative tasks as needed
  • Handle confidential information with discretion

Qualifications:

  • Prior receptionist or administrative experience (law firm experience an asset)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Professional appearance and demeanor
