**The Opportunity**:
Procom is seeking an organized, detail-oriented, and customer-savvy Office Administrator/Receptionist to join our team in Toronto. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth operation of our office while providing support to multiple departments. As the first point of contact for visitors and employees, the Office Administrator/Receptionist plays a key role in maintaining a professional and welcoming work environment.

- Support various departments with administrative tasks to enhance efficiency.
- Maintain a professional and organized front office space.
- Contribute to company events, meetings, and office culture.
**The Role**:
Reporting to the Vice President, Employee Experience, the Office Administrator/Receptionist is responsible for a broad range of administrative and operational duties, including but not limited to:
**Responsibilities**:
- Acts as first point of contact at the reception desk; professionally represents the company, greets guests, and ensures appropriate security access protocol for visitors is followed and maintained.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages, coordinating courier services as needed.
- Assist with scheduling meetings, booking conference rooms, and coordinating logistics.
- Support office events, including organizing catering and managing setup/cleanup.
- Maintain office supplies and ensure the workspace is clean, organized, and stocked.
- Support various departments with administrative tasks to enhance efficiency.
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned by the manager.
**Skills and Knowledge**Require**d**:
- 3+ years of experience in an administrative or receptionist role in a professional environment.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities to meet deadlines and deal with conflicting priorities and work demands
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams).
- Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and attention to detail.
- Requires moderate exertion of physical effort.
