We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and professional Front Desk Receptionist to be the face of our gym and provide exceptional service to our members.

**Job Summary**: As a Front Desk Receptionist at Bolt Fitness, you will be the first point of contact for our members and guests. Your role is crucial in creating a positive first impression and ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience for everyone who walks through our doors. You will handle various administrative tasks, assist with membership inquiries, and support our team in delivering outstanding customer service.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Customer Service**: Greet members and guests warmly, answer phone calls, and address inquiries in a friendly and professional manner.
- **Membership Management**: Assist with membership sign-ups, cancellations, and renewals. Provide information about membership plans, promotions, and services.
- **Administrative Tasks**: Manage check-ins and check-outs, handle scheduling and bookings for classes and personal training sessions, and maintain accurate records.
- **Facility Management**: Monitor and ensure that the front desk area is clean and organized. Report any facility issues or maintenance needs to the appropriate team members.
- **Sales Support**: Promote and sell membership packages, personal training sessions, and other services. Assist with processing transactions and managing cash and credit card payments.
- **Communication**: Coordinate with gym staff to ensure members’ needs are met and relay any important information or updates.
- **Problem-Solving**: Address and resolve member concerns or complaints with empathy and efficiency, escalating issues to management as needed.

**Qualifications**:

- **Experience**: Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role is preferred. Experience in a fitness or gym environment is a plus.
- **Skills**: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in using office equipment and computer software (e.g., MS Office, membership management systems).
- **Personality**: Friendly, approachable, and proactive with a strong focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
- **Organizational Skills**: Ability to multitask, prioritize effectively, and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
- **Flexibility**: Willingness to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
