The Basics

  • FOH customer service at both locations (taking orders, creating memorable customer experiences, running food)
  • Guiding customers toward products and sampling with purpose
  • Keeping FOH clean, organized, welcoming, and stocked
  • Light leadership support such as training and simple systems upkeep
  • Working openings, closings, and supporting team momentum

Must Haves

  • Strong customer service background in busy environments
  • Clear, mature communication and professionalism
  • Highly organized with pride in presentation
  • Comfortable in both market and restaurant service styles
  • Dependable follow-through with tasks and time
