The Basics
- FOH customer service at both locations (taking orders, creating memorable customer experiences, running food)
- Guiding customers toward products and sampling with purpose
- Keeping FOH clean, organized, welcoming, and stocked
- Light leadership support such as training and simple systems upkeep
- Working openings, closings, and supporting team momentum
Must Haves
- Strong customer service background in busy environments
- Clear, mature communication and professionalism
- Highly organized with pride in presentation
- Comfortable in both market and restaurant service styles
- Dependable follow-through with tasks and time
