What You Will Be Doing

We are seeking a Condominium Manager Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational and communication skills, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn. This role will support the Condominium Manager in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the condominium community. Specifically the Condominium Manager Assistant performs the following tasks:

• Respond to general enquiries from condominium owners and board members via phone or email.
• Prepare and send correspondence at the direction of the Condominium Manager.
• Assist with bylaw enforcement in accordance with the Condominium Property Act and Bylaws.
• Maintain and update the condominium's portal.
• Copy keys for common areas or storage at the request of the Condominium Manager.
• Post approved notices in buildings and elevators.
• Fill in standard form contracts for approval by the Condominium Manager.
• Order routine repairs and maintenance contracts and request quotes from contractors.
• Conduct general inspections of properties' common areas, subject to verification by the Condominium Manager.
• Assist with Board meeting preparation and attend AGM/Board meetings.
• Take minutes at AGM/Board meetings.
• Prepare and send out arrears letters, caveat warnings, and notifications as approved by the Condominium Manager.

• Proven problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
• The ability to adapt to new procedures, policies, and technology.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• A high school diploma or equivalent.
• A valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, and clean driver's abstract.
• Previous experience in bartending or serving is considered an asset.
