Late Night Line Cook

Looking for a late night line cook to service the Concert/Show crowd and the After Bar crowd at Arrowhead Night Club (Formerly Back Alley Night Club).

Generally, food service will be Friday and Saturdays around 8-9pm to 11-Midnight. Then After Bar crowd from 1am-2:30-3am.

Some Events/Shows start a bit earlier and also some events might pop up on a Sunday. We will know about these details in advance so a little bit of flexibility would be appreciated.

Late night food items are simple hand foods to be cooked off. Concert/Show menu's are also fairly simple but tasty items. This isn't boring pub food so there must still be a passion to want to put out the best quality food possible day in and day out. Must be a self starter and an organized individual as you will mostly be working alone, hence the simpler style menu's.

This will be a $20/hr cash start, position. Plus Tip Out.

Reliability is a must. Attention to detail and quality of end product is in your blood

Must have minimum 5 years experience in a similar role, working with limited supervision.

Ability to use hot equipment such as Deep Fryer and Convection oven. Able to stand for extended periods of time and lift properly up to 50+ lbs unassisted.

Must be comfortable handling cash and interacting with the after bar crowds.

Must be able to read/write and communicate in Good English.
