**Key Duties & Responsibilities**

  • Filling orders with speed, rhythm, and precision to keep our guests’ taste buds dancing.
  • Crafting culinary creations with passion and precision, ensuring every dish is a fiesta on a plate; and handling any kitchen hiccups with grace and swiftly resolving complaints.
  • Mastering the art of timing, ensuring that each dish is cooked to perfection and served with a side of Olé
  • Sharing your thorough menu knowledge of our dishes and preparation techniques; seeing to it that every guest experience is nothing short of remarkable.
  • Championing food safety and following procedures to ensure our guests can enjoy their meals worry-free.
  • Communicating effectively with other kitchen staff members to coordinate tasks, and maintaining a smooth flow of operations.
  • Keeping the kitchen firing on all cylinders, proactively restocking ingredients and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.

**Qualifications**

  • **Sizzling Experience**: Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a bustling restaurant kitchen, where the heat is always on.
  • **Culinary Knowledge**: Proficient in basic cooking techniques, knife skills sharper than a jalapeño, and solid knowledge of food safety protocols.
  • **Cantina Enthusiast**: Genuine enthusiasm for Mexican cuisine and a willingness to embrace the spicy, flavorful culinary vision of Blanco Cantina.
  • **Detail with a Dash of Spice**: Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to ensure every dish is prepared with precision and presented like a fiesta on a plate.
