ABA with Kids provides in-home ABA/ IBI services to children between 3-18 years of age, primarily diagnosed with autism. We believe it is a cooperative effort between the child, the family, and the therapists. Our goal is to have an impact on the child's development. ABA with Kids is a growing company. Looking for a Senior Therapist/ BCBA to grow with us.

Will be expected to:

-Conduct initial assessment

-Create individualized learning plans

-Implement behaviour plan

-Collaborate with other professions

-Supervise behaviour therapists

-Facilitate monthly meetings with clients and therapists if needed

-Record cancelled or rescheduled session by the therapists or clients

Qualities in an individual:

-Fun and energetic

-Ready to teach others

-Great interpersonal skills

-Creative in solving problems

-Able to conduct client's monthly meeting

-Speak in layman's terms for parents

Preferred:

-G2 license and car or means of transportation to travel between clients

-BCBA or RBA

-1-2 years of Supervision experience

-Experience with parent training

-CPI or similar training

-CRP and First Aid

Requirements:

-A clear vulnerable sector check will be required

-Professional Liability Insurance

Office hours can be discussed

Working hours are between 9:00am-6:30pm, Monday- Friday.

Behaviour therapist sessions range between 2.5-3 hours.

Job Types: Part-time, Fixed term contract
