Are you a sprinkle-loving, detail-oriented leader who thrives in a fast-paced and creative environment? Sweetapolita is looking for a Production Associate to join our team and help bring our whimsical, colourful creations to life

What you'll be doing:

  • Completing daily tasks, workflows, and priorities to keep orders on track
  • Ensuring quality control so every product meets our high Sweetapolita standards
  • Hands-on production, including but not limited to; packaging, labelling, following recipes, cleaning and maintenance.
  • Collaborating with management to improve processes and maintain a safe, happy workplace
  • Regularly lifting 50lb boxes, moving around a 7500sqf warehouse and standing for extended periods.
  • All other duties as requested by management.

What we're looking for:

  • Experience in a production, food service or manufacturing environment
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to problem-solve and thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • A positive attitude and a love for colourful, creative products
