We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient operation of our warehouse, contributing to the overall success of our distribution and logistics processes. This position involves various tasks related to shipping, receiving, and inventory management, requiring a strong focus on safety and accuracy.

Responsibilities

  • Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts to move products safely and efficiently.
  • Perform shipping and receiving duties, including loading and unloading trucks.
  • Track inventory levels and order fulfillment.
  • Engage in heavy lifting and order picking to prepare products for shipment.
  • Ensure accurate packaging of products for delivery while adhering to quality standards.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization within the warehouse environment.
  • Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow and enhance operational efficiency.
  • Assist in inventory management tasks, including stock rotation and cycle counts

Skills

  • Experience with warehouse distribution processes is essential.
  • Proficiency in operating heavy equipment such as forklifts, forklift certification is required.
  • Mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot equipment issues as they arise.
  • Familiarity with shipping & receiving protocols and best practices.
  • Strong understanding of order fulfillment procedures and packaging requirements.
  • Ability to perform heavy lifting consistently throughout the shift.
  • Has forklift licence
  • Fluent in English
