Operations & Estimating Coordinator – Locksmith & Door Service Company

Pro Locksmiths is a well-established locksmith and automatic door service company serving commercial and residential clients across the GTA. With over 40 years of industry experience, we specialize in high-security locking systems, automatic door operators, door hardware, and access solutions. We are looking for an experienced, detail-oriented professional to join our growing operations team.

Position Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized Operations & Estimating Coordinator with direct experience in the locksmith and door & hardware industry. The ideal candidate will assist in day-to-day operations, manage field technicians, handle client communication, prepare estimates, and coordinate ordering and scheduling for ongoing jobs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare estimates and quotes for service and installation projects.
  • Manage inventory and job-specific material orders.
  • Schedule and support service technicians.
  • Communicate with clients to provide job updates, answer inquiries, and confirm scheduling.
  • Troubleshoot with field technicians to resolve onsite issues.
  • Track job progress and update statuses in ServiceFusion and/or Excel.
  • Answer phone calls and respond to client emails in a professional and timely manner.
  • Assist management with daily operational tasks and workflow improvements.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years experience in the locksmith, door & hardware, ADO & Access control industry.
  • Strong understanding of commercial doors & hardware, operators, and key systems.
  • Experience with estimating, job costing, and inventory management.
  • Excellent communication, multitasking, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency with ServiceFusion, M365 CoPilot, Outlook, SimpleK, Excel, and general office software.
  • Ability to prioritize and handle multiple jobs/ projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving and technical aptitude is a requirement.

Schedule & Compensation:

  • Full-Time: Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
  • Competitive salary (based on experience).
