That feeling of belonging to a team that goes above and beyond for the PlayPlay project—without ever losing sight of the people who make it happen.INTRODUCTION As a market leader experiencing explosive growth, PlayPlay is searching for a talented and ambitious Account Executive to join our team.We are open to full remote.You will work closely with our Head of Sales and our founder.Your main task will be to expand PlayPlay's key accounts in the region with a focus on large companies.We're looking for someone with sales experience working in the US market, SaaS industry an entrepreneurial mindset, ambition to open a new markets, and an interest in the video industry.YOUR MISSIONS Expand PlayPlay's Largest and Most Strategic AccountsDevelop and optimize our expansion strategy to increase our footprint in PlayPlay's biggest current clients.Map these Key Accounts to understand their organizational structure, the different departments, and roles within the US and Canada.Create strong connections and relationships with our champions and clients + put in place actions and creative outreach to build the relationshipsIdentify key contacts who will help you grow the accounts.Prospect these contacts and C-levels to accelerate the expansion.Work in tandem with the Customer Success and Strategic Customer Success managers to build relationships with these accounts by organizing webinars, events, lunches, and other actions to build the accounts.Negotiate and put in place framework agreements to allow for easier growth.Drive your strategy with analytics.Track the activity and data of these accounts through our CRM, SalesForce.Create internal reports on your key accounts with forecasting for each account.Your SkillsAt least 3 to 4 years of Sales experience in the tech industry, ideally working for SaaS companies.Proven track record of exceeding reaching targets with B2B customers and expanding existing accounts.Previous experience of working in the US & Canadian market as a B2B salesA previous experience in opening a new market would be a plus.Native English is required.About You Good communicator: you have strong interpersonal skills and excellent oral and written communication skills.Strategic thinker: you love to explore new possibilities to achieve your goals and close deals.Creative problem solver: with persistence and creativity, you believe there is no challenge that can't be overcome.Structured and organized: you are able to express yourself clearly and concisely, and can handle multiple projects at once.Ambitious and energetic: you are always hungry for more and ready to spring into action.What We OfferCompetitive salary + performance bonus (aligned with experience).25 days of PTO.Comprehensive health coverage: medical, dental, and vision (100% covered for employees, 50% for dependents).401k plan with full match up to 3% and half match up to an additional 2% (eligible after 6 months).The estimated salary range for this role is $100,000–$115,000 OTE.OUR VALUES Creative : We don't do things the same way as others and we like that.
