Who We're Looking For

impact players
:
- Bilingual
(
FR/EN
), but stronger in English to lead in Ontario and U.S. markets - Based in Ontario or nearby, motivated to cover the territory and travel to Montreal regularly for team building, training, and culture
- Hungry, ambitious, and resilient — able to thrive with autonomy
- Excellent communicator, confident in demos, prospecting, and negotiations
- 0–3 years of sales experience (
B2B or SaaS an asset
) with strong drive to grow fast
Responsabilities
:
- Own the full sales cycle: from prospecting to closing
- Build and manage a high-quality pipeline
- Run impactful product demos for contractors in Ontario and the U.S.
- Partner with Marketing and CS to ensure smooth onboarding and client success
- Represent Civalgo's values in every interaction
